Joint Mobilisation

There are two types of Joint Mobilization, Passive and Active.

Passive mobilisation is where I will move a joint to a comfortable point of it’s normal range and then flex and extend the limb or loosen, only to the point of resistance.

We also have active joint mobilisation, where I will show you how to engage with further treatment by moving your horses joints and stretch their muscles to retrieve a treat also known as Carrot stretching 🙂
